Tis The Season.. And WTC is READY!

It has arrived! The most wonderful time of the year, and our favorite season, the holiday season! The time has come to give, to serve, to offer love, hope and joy. Women That Care is here for it all!

We’re beyond excited to share with you all that we are cooking up this year and offer several avenues for us to come together to make a difference. God always give’s the vision and it is our mission to answer the call. As you know, the holiday season presents many opportunities to be a blessing. Our goal this year is to give in as many ways possible, show up wherever there is a need, and support however we can.

We encourage you to use the following flyers as roadmaps for ways YOU can contribute and support our holiday efforts!

Starting with “Keep Raleigh Warm”, This is an initiative that is near and dear to our hearts. The project was one of the first for Women That Care, years ago as we set goals to go into the poverty-stricken areas of Downtown Raleigh and help to Keep Raleigh Warm. The focus was distributing blankets, gloves and hats to those in need during the colder months of the year and we are bringing it back! From now through the end of the year, help Women That Care “Keep Raleigh Warm” by donating new blankets or monetary contributions towards purchases. We will collect and distribute on multiple dates during the holiday season!

Next, we’re focused in on our community families for Christmas! The big day is right around the corner, and we need your help to make our annual celebration of love, hope and a MAGICAL CHRISTMAS a success! Donations are currently being accepted to help cover event expenses and add to distribution items. We’re encouraging new toys or bicycles, gift card donations and monetary contributions are always helpful and appreciated!
