Eagle Scout Project Brings Joy Through Giving Boxes

When creativity meets compassion, beautiful things happen! This season, Women That Care is honored to receive a heartfelt gift from Christopher Fuerst, an Eagle Scout candidate from Troop 314 in Raleigh.

As part of his Eagle Scout project, for 6 months Christopher worked with his troop to design and build three custom donation boxes ~The Women That Care Box, The Giving Box, and The Happy Box. Each box represents a unique way to spread kindness and support families in need.

These vibrant boxes will travel with Women That Care on our outreach journeys, serving as mobile hubs for donations, care items, and moments of joy. Whether it’s toiletries, toys, or seasonal gifts, each box will help us continue our mission of making a difference in someone’s life.

We’re deeply grateful to Christopher and his team for their craftsmanship, vision, and heart for service. Their work reminds us that generosity knows no age ~ and that every act of giving helps build a stronger, more caring community.
