Carefully Kicking Off 2024!
WHAT A BLESSING 2024 has been already!
As Women That Care, we are intentional with CAREFULLY considering how we envision the year ahead. So that means setting the tone. January has proved to do just that, as we reached our goals with the ‘Keep Raleigh Warm’ initiative.
As the temperatures begin to drop back in October, we set out to do our part in caring for those without warm shelter.
A brand-new blanket could make a difference in someone’s life. That was the thought when the idea initially came about as one of WTC’s first projects years ago. And it still rings true today. So we were motivated to bring it back, and our circle of support answered the call.
Extending our 2023 initiative through the end of Winter 2024, we have been able to distribute over 1000 blankets to people weathering the cold.

And now it’s time to look ahead! We are excited to have just launched our new Quarterly Newsletter. Supporters, Donors and Volunteers will be able to keep up with WTC and the happenings around the community through special announcements and informative updates!
